Order & Payment

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from csr@ca.gant.com. Please note that this may be sent to your junk folder. If you have not received an order confirmation there may be an error in the email used. In this case, please contact customer care. 

What payment methods do you take?

We take all major credit cards. All payment information is kept secure via third party payment sources.

How do I redeem a discount code?

To redeem a discount code, please ensure it is entered in the ‘Discount Code’ box at checkout. 

Discount codes cannot be applied to the order once processed and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer running on the site.

Delivery & Shipping

Can I change my delivery address or amend my order?

Orders are processed to our distribution centre hourly to ensure you receive your order as quick as possible. If you would like to make any amendments to your order, please email as soon as possible as we cannot amend orders once they have been processed by our distribution centre. 

What if only part of my order has arrived?

If only part of your order has arrived, please check for any emails from csr@ca.gant.com. Your missing item may be on its way separately, or we may have not been able to supply your item and have processed a refund for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to Canadian addresses.  

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders can take up to 3 business days to be shipped. Our team works their hardest to have all orders shipped as soon as possible.

How do I track my GANT order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking information. Please note that this may be sent to your junk folder. You can use this number to keep an eye on your order via Canada Post Tracking.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

If your order has not arrived, please check the tracking with Canada Post to see if it is delayed or possibly awaiting collection at your local post office. If you still cannot locate your delivery, please contact us at csr@ca.gant.com. 

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

In order to return an item, please visit our returns page and follow the instructions.   

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on most purchases, if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days for full price items and 14 days for reduced price or sale items (beginning on the day after you received the products). For further details of our returns policy click here. Please ensure you have read and understood the returns policy prior to purchasing. 

What is your exchange policy?

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (size, colour or style), please request a refund and proceed to purchase your new item in a new transaction.

Are there any items excluded from returns?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if the items are damaged, have been worn, or are not faulty.

Due to hygiene reasons, hosiery, underwear, face masks and swim products are unable to be returned for a change of mind or incorrect sized purchases.  Any items that are flagged as ‘Final Sale’ are also not eligible to be retuned unless faulty.

I’ve sent something back, what happens now?

Once our returns team have received your order, it will be processed as per our return policy, and you will receive notification when your refund has been processed.

How long will my refund take?

We try to process all refunds in as timely a manner as possible, however refunds can take up to 10 business days for our team to process.

How do I create an account?

To create an account with us, please follow this link for an easy registration process. 

What is the purpose of My GANT

My GANT allows you to save your address details for easy checkout as well as all your previous orders to see what you have purchased in the past

How do I update my details?

If you have a My GANT account, you can update your details directly via your account under the ‘Profile’ tab

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To no longer receive our newsletter, there is an ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of every communication from us, although we will be sad to see you go! 

Other

Where else is GANT available to purchase?

GANT is available at select department stores nationally, as well as specialty independent locations.
