I rarely leave reviews on the internet (especially negative ones) under my real name, but I am making an exception for this (yes, that's the effect this shirt had on me). If it was possible to rate this shirt zero stars, I would have. So, read this as if I've rated it zero.

A few years ago, around 2017-18, I bought some Gant oxford button down shirts in Oslo, Norway. They were very, very good. The fabric was so heavy and wholesome. They were some of the best shirts I had ever bought. I still have them.

I made the mistake of thinking that Gant still makes shirts this way. Unfortunately, they don't anymore. This shirt is a see-through. The lowest quality I've ever seen from a so-called "premium brand". It's so flimsy its not even funny. The weight of the cotton is so bad that even some of the fast fashion brands (Uniqlo, Gap, etc.) I own are a million times better, at a fraction of the price. When the shirt came, I had it put in a quick wash with some other new clothes I had bought without really taking a close look. My thinking was, its Gant, what could go wrong. Now, its not returnable, although, after submitting this review, I am contacting Gant to ask if they can take it back anyway. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT BUY this (sorry for the all caps).
